KENTWOOD–The Calvary Christian Eagles squandered a halftime lead and fell to Grand River Prep 60-55 in an Alliance League matchup on Tuesday.

The Eagles started off hot and led 16-8 after the first quarter and 31-26 at halftime. The Titans slowly caught up and pulled to within one point, 38-37, heading into the fourth quarter.

McKena Wilson poured in 26 points to go along with five steals. Kamea Sutherland tallied 17 points, eight rebounds and four steals. Nora Pollock added nine steals and nine assists.

Calvary Christian (8-10, 3-2) will host Wyoming Lee on Friday.
