The Muskegon Community College volleyball team maintained its drive for another league title with a come-from-behind 23-25, 13-25, 25-14, 25-20, 15-12 victory Thursday over Jackson College at Bartels-Rode Gymnasium.
The Jayhawks are now 15-12 overall, after starting the season 0-5, and have an 8-1 conference record.
Pacing MCC were Morgan Kelley with 20 kills, Meghan Birr with 45 assists, Lindsey Kotecki with 29 digs and Dani Jones and Allison Beckwith with four blocks apiece.
Birr and Kelly each contributed two aces.
The Jayhawks return to action Tuesday on their home court, when they will attempt to avenge an earlier loss to archrival Grand Rapids Community College.
