The Western Michigan Christian boys basketball squad defeated North Muskegon 46-40 in the annual “Silent Night” game on Friday night in non-league action.
The Warriors were paced by Tyler Somers with 13 points, while Tyler 
VanBeek added eight points and Brandon Fles chipped in with six rebounds and three assists.
WMC jumped out to an 11-8 lead after the first quarter, then the Norse tied the game 19-19 heading into the halftime break.
The Warriors regained their lead at 34-31 after three stanzas before closing the game with a 12-9 fourth quarter run.
