Calvin Christian downs Kent City volleyball in three games

GRANDVILLE – The Kent City Eagle volleyball team struggled Thursday night versus OK Silver rival Calvin Christian , falling to the Squires in three games, 25-14, 25-20, 25-18.

Kassidy Herringa led the Eagles with six kills, six assists and one block, with teammate Brandi Boehm contributing four kills, a block and six service points, and Justine Wolter totaling five kills and 20 digs in the loss.
Kent City’s Kayleigh Hartley finished with nine assists, six points and one ace, and Kelsey Krueger added four points, one ace and 13 digs.

Kent City’s record now sits at 16-6 overall.
