Whitehall downs Ravenna to capture West Michigan Conference volleyball tournament

The Whitehall Vikings won three matches Saturday to capture the championship in the West Michigan Conference volleyball tournament.

Whitehall defeated Ravenna 25-12, 25-11,25-14 in the title match. The Vikings beat Hart in the first round and Montague in the semifinals.

Leaders on the day for Whitehall were Jane Kuipers (16 kills, 5 blocks), Alyssa Myers (16 kills, 30 assists), Jenna Pesch (25 digs) and Katelyn Skoglund (28 digs).
