Red Wings 3, Lightning 0 – Red Wings goalie Petr Mrazek picked up his first career postseason shutout, stopping all 22 Tampa Bay shots as Detroit regained the lead in the best-of-7 series.
Pavel Datsyuk scored the game-winning goal in the first period, his second goal of the series.
The Red Wings will look to push the Lightning to the brink of elimination with a win on Thursday night.
