The Muskegon Community College softball team dropped a 3-1 decision to host Lansing Community College on Tuesday.

Alley Grys got the win for Lansing CC, striking out nine, walking two and scattering three hits. MCC pitcher Nicole DePender tossed three innings and was charged with the loss.

Morgan Giddings hit a solo homer for the Jayhawks.
