Tigers 6, White Sox 0 – The Tigers closed out the 2015 season with a shutout win over the Chicago White Sox on Sunday afternoon.
Detroit finished with a 74-87 record, its worst season since 2008 when the Tigers also had 74 wins.
Miguel Cabrera, who did not play today, wrapped up his fourth American League batting title in the last five years.
Tyler Collins tripled and knocked in three runs for Detroit, while J.D. Martinez picked up his team leading 102nd RBI.
Detroit starting pitcher Daniel Norris picked up the victory, pitching five scoreless innings while allowing one hit.
