Giants 17, Lions 6 – The New York Giants snapped the Lions five-game winning streak with a victory on Sunday afternoon.

The Giants led 7-0 after the first quarter, 10-3 at halftime and 10-6 heading into the fourth quarter.

Odell Beckham caught a four-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Eli Manning with 5:51 left in the game to increase the Giants lead to 11 points.

Manning led the Giants with 201 passing yards and two touchdowns on 20-for-28 passing.

Detroit’s kicker Matt Prater nailed two field goals, while quarterback Matthew Stafford threw for 273 yards.

The Lions turned the ball over twice near the New York end zone.

Detroit, which is now 9-5 on the season, will travel to face the Dallas Cowboys next Monday night.
