The Western Michigan Christian soccer team defeated Ludington 3-1 in a key Lakes 8 Conference contest on Tuesday.

Adam Van Hoven led the offensive charge for the Warriors with a goal and an assist, while Hayden Hubers and Tyler Van Beek scored the other two goals.

Owen Alfree added an assist for WMC.

Brayden Porter scored for Ludington with an assist from Caleb Schoon.

With the victory, the Warriors improved to 8-1 overall and 2-0 in conference play.Ā Ludington fell to 6-3-2 overall and 1-1 in the conference.
