The Ludington boys bowling team narrowly defeated Montague on Wednesday, winning 16-14.

Max Kline paced the Orioles with a series score of 402 while Luke Kolb added a series score of 361.

Rounding out the Ludington series scores was Will Shinn with 267.

LUDINGTON GIRLS ROLL OVER MONTAGUE – The Ludington girls bowling team defeated Montague 23-7 on Wednesday.

In Game 1, Rachel Faust paced the Orioles with a score of 157 while Saige Phelps scored 138, Bailey Streeter scored 131, Lily Roberts scored 126.

In Game 2, Brianna Wysong led the Orioles with 127 while Hailee Ward scored 126, Amelia Larson scored 106, Audra Shoop scored 105 and Heidi Faust scored 73.

FRUITPORT GIRLS DOMINATE – The Fruitport girls bowling team defeated Kenowa Hills 29-1.

Jessica Plichta had a series high of 355 including a game high of 199 while Kennadi Dykstra rolled 153, Oakleigh Chase scored 144, Raegan Dykstra scored 144, Avery Wilks scored 143 and Kali Lockhart scored 131.

FRUITPORT BOYS FALL – The Fruitport boys fell 25-5 to Kenowa Hills on Wednesday.

Leading the Trojans was Cameron Weaver with a series score of 415 including a game high of 230 while Jray Conklin had a series score of 404 including a game high of 205.

Rounding out the Fruitport scores were Jerod Avery with 180, Jon Wildey with 195 and Evan Simonis with 172.
