The North Muskegon tennis team played well against a tough field on Wednesday at the Traverse City St. Francis Quad.

The Norse finished second with 11 team points while TC St. Francis won the event with 22 points. Big Rapids and Petoskey finished fourth and fifth with eight and seven points, respectively.

Troy McManus had the best day for North Muskegon, winning the flight championship at No. 3 singles. Quinn Kersman and Ethan Koman were runners-up in No. 1 doubles while Grayson Hinton and Gus West were runners-up in No. 4 doubles.
