Laker boys net late goal to force draw in season opening tie against Coopersville

The Spring Lake boys soccer team battled to a draw in its season opening game Wednesday. After falling behind early, the Lakers tied the game late and ended with a 1-1 tie against Coopersville.

Sheldon Bunnell scored the lone goal for Spring Lake to tie the game. After the early goal by the Broncos, the Lakers outshot Coopersville 17-3. 

Aidan Parker had two saves in the goal for Spring Lake.
