The Hart boys soccer team downed Reed City 5-2 on Wednesday night in the opening round of Division 3 district play.
Rigo Rangel netted two goals to lead the Pirates while Justin Reyes, Jesse Rodriguez and Delfino Hernandez each netted a goal.
Picking up assists for Hart were Kyan Clark, Tony Rayo, Hector Perez and Bryce Jorissen.
Hart will next travel to Big Rapids to face Big Rapids in the Division 3 district semifinals on Tuesday at 5 p.m.
