The Reehts-Puffer boys basketball team fell 67-63 to Rockford in a non-conference, triple overtime thriller on Saturday.

Aiden Willicker of the Rockets (5-7) hit a three-point shot with three seconds left in regulation to send the game into overtime.

In double overtime, Jaxson Whitaker hit a three-pointer of his own to send the game to triple overtime.

Kaleb Mitchelson led the Rockets with 21 points and four assists while Kendall Smith totaled 15 points and 10 rebounds. Whitaker finished with 13 points.

MONTAGUE 31, NORTH MUSKEGON 29 – Montague was held to no points in the fourth quarter but still picked up the conference victory.

Drew Collins led the Wildcats ( with nine points and nine rebounds while Tugg Nichols and Braeden Johnston each had six points.

Troy McManus led the Norse with 10 points and four steals while Marcellus Rouse had seven rebounds.

CADILLAC 43, LUDINGTON 31 – Ludington cut the deficit to five points in the fourth quarter but were unable to get any closer in the loss.

Peyton LaCombe led the Orioles (6-5, 3-3) with 13 points while David Shillinger had 11 points.

ORCHARD VIEW 82, TRI-UNITY CHRISITAN 60 – Orchard View overcame a 20-12 first quarter deficit to continue their unbeaten season on Saturday.

Ke’ontae Barnes led the Cardinals with 31 points while Larry Brewer III added 21 points and Jay Jay Tunstull totaled 20 points.

FRUITPORT 77, FRUITPORT CALVARY CHRISTIAN 68 – A 23-7 third quarter advantage helped the Fruitport boys pick up a non-conference victory on Saturday.

Bode Anspach led the Trojans with 25 points while Carter Goldon had 11 points.

Bradley Richards led the Eagles with 22 points and 21 rebounds while Jacob Mays had 14 points, nine rebounds and eight assists. Braden Cohea added 12 points and seven rebounds. 

FOREST HILLS EASTERN 68, MONA SHORES 38 – Mona Shores was outscored in every quarter on Saturday in a tough loss.

Keontae Richards led the Sailors with 16 points while Drew Southland added eight points.

HOLLAND CHRISTIAN 45, SPRING LAKE 42 – Spring Lake had a game tying three-point shot miss on Saturday that would’ve sent the game to overtime as time expired.

The Lakers were led by Kaden George with 14 points while Jackson Core led the defense with six steals.

Spring Lake falls to 2-7 overall and in OK-Blue Conference play.
