The Western Michigan Christian baseball team defeated Hesperia 17-7 in five innings on Wednesday night.

In the first inning, the Warriors marched out to a 12-0 lead.

Each starter for Western Michigan Christian had at least one hit while Cole Crabtree had three hits and one RBI.

Sam Sipe, Samuel Van Oman, Jonothan Clausing and Ethan Hill all had two hits while combining for eight RBIs.

Pitcher Mason Goorman picked up the win, allowing no earned runs on three hits while striking out six over four innings.
