The Grand Haven Buccaneers had no answers in their O-K Red Conference showdown at home against Hudsonville, falling 49-14.

The Bucs were scoreless in the first half but Ryan Francis was able to run into the end zone twice in the second half and rushed for a total of 169 yards including a 73-yarder.

Quarterback Owen Worthington found little success through the air but ran for 60 yards on 10 carries.

Bode Wilson led the Buccaneer defense with four tackles while Bryce Sandal and Eli Ziska each had two tackles with one for a loss.

With the loss, the Buccaneers drop to 2-3 in the division and 3-4 on the season.

Grand Haven will square up with East Kentwood in O-K Red action on Friday.
