HUDSONVILLE — The Fruitport Trojans put up 46 points on Friday night, but allowed 60 in a loss to Hudsonville Unity Christian.

The host Crusaders captured an OK-Blue victory, 60-46.

Fruitport fell behind 30-12 and battled back to 38-32 in the third quarter.

Paschal Jolman rushed 13 times for 175 and scored on a 75-yard run. Cody Nash scored on an 83-yard run and finished with three catches for 87 yards, including touchdown passes of 5 and 75 yards. Quarterback Collin Jolman completed 6-of-10 passes for 121 yards. He also scored on runs of 1, 11 and 34 yards.

Fruitport was led defensively by AJ Fielstra with 10 tackles.

The Trojans host Coopersville next Friday night in the first game on the turf field at Fruitport High School.
