Lasser scores a pair of goals In North Muskegon victory over Fremont

NORTH MUSKEGON –The North Muskegon boys soccer team claimed a West Michigan Conference win against Fremont on Wednesday evening.

The Norse topped the Packers, 4-1.

Max Lasser led the way with a pair of goals and an assist.

Dallyn Ellis added a goal and an assist, while Chase Kiel scored a single goal. Gabe Lenius added two assists.

Chase Zizak made three saves in the net.

Fremont’s Killian Prewitt tallied the lone score with a header late in the first half.

Goalkeeper Caleb Vissia made four saves in the first half for the Packers. Ben Mellema made five saves in the second half.

North Muskegon (4-7-2, 2-1-1) continues league action at Ravenna on Monday.

Fremont (3-6-1, 1-3) hosts Muskegon on Friday.
