ALLENDALE — Eli Morrison was an unstoppable force for the Spring Lake Lakers on Friday night.

Morrison poured in 29 points and led the Lakers to a 60-46 victory over the Allendale Falcons.

A big second quarter pushed the Lakers from a 15-all tie after one quarter to a 31-19 lead at the half. The second half was played evenly as Spring Lake outscored Allendale, 29-27.

Besides Morrison, seven other Lakers put their name in the scorebook. Zach Schlepp and Jaden Core added six points each. Wren Dephouse had five points and nine rebounds.

Spring Lake (7-4, 5-2) will travel to Grand Haven Saturday night for a makeup game from December in the annual Drawbridge Classic.
