The Fruitport Trojans used a big scoring advantage in the middle two quarters on Monday and routed the Fremont Packers 61-34.

In the middle two quarters, the Trojans outscored the Packers 34-13.

“Tonight was a good team win from start to finish,” Fruitport coach Steve Erny said. “We were able to extend out lead in the second and quarters quarters by turning defense into offense.”
 
Ryan Bosch came off the bench and dominated the inside for the Trojans. He finished with 21 points, seven rebounds and two steals.
 
“He was able to sort of have his way inside and played a solid overall game,” Erny said. “Really, it was a lot of guys contributing tonight and playing hard.”
 
Bode Anspach added 16 points, four rebounds and three steals. DayDay Williams had six points and four steals. Collin Jolman had nine rebounds, Andrew Spyke had eight and Paschal Jolman had six.
 
Fruitport (11-6, 6-4) travels to Hamilton Tuesday night.

Fremont (8-5, 3-4) hosts Oakridge Tuesday night.
