HUDSONVILLE –The Mona Shores bowling team went 1-1 against Hudsonville Unity Christian at Hudsonville Lanes on Monday.
The boys came away with the win, 16.5-13.5. Tristan Strait was subbed into the sixth frame of the final game and knocked down six strikes in a row to help earn the victory.
Skyler Bosch led the way with games of 226 and 181.
The girls’ squad struggled and fell, 29-1.
Danika Cooper threw games of 157 and 149.
Mona Shores will take on Zeeland East on Wednesday at Sherman Bowling Center.
