NORTON SHORES — Four Mona Shores pitchers combined on a two-hitter on Wednesday and led the Sailors to a 7-0 victory over the Montague Wildcats in non-conference baseball action.
 
Jaxon Huffman earned the victory on the mound after allowing no hits and striking out four. Trevor Cunningham, Javanni Johnson and Brady Recknagel also came on to contribute to the shutout victory.
 
Mona Shores scored two runs in the bottom of the first inning and never looked back.
 
Isaac Habelter had three hits, including two doubles, and scored a run. Huffman added two hits, including a double, and three RBI. Bryson Bellanger added two hits, two RBI and scored a run. Liam Gossett had a two-run single that broke the game open for the Sailors.
