Mona Shores, Reeths-Puffer, Spring Lake golfers compete in invitational

GRAND RAPIDS–The Mona Shores, Reeths-Puffer and Spring Lake boys golf teams all participated in the Forest Hills Golf Invitational held at Egypt Valley Country Club on Monday.

Grand Rapids Christian took top honors with a 298.

Mona Shores finished in eighth place shooting with 340 while Spring Lake came in 10th place with a 342. Reeths-Puffer finished in 22nd place at 402.

Top finishers for the Sailors included: Nicholas Taylor (77), Lucas Dethloff (82), James Ackley (90), Oliver McDonald (91) and Eddie Kuznar (96).

Top finishers for the Lakers included: Max Brown (74), Kody Vis (81), Avery Anderson (93), Owen Malaski (94) and Max Witherell (97).

Top finishers for the Rockets included: Kristian Brown (99), Dylan Panozzo (99), Tanner Bonjernoor (99), Mason Gregg (105) and David Grimard (111).
