SPRING LAKE–The Spring Lake Lakers boys track and field team had another solid on Thursday afternoon and cruised to a 86.5-50.5 win over Holland Christian.
Top performances included:
Jackson Gee won both the 100- and 200-meter dashes.
Caden Kyser took first in the 400-meter dash.
Ethan Grevengoed took first in the 1600
Parker Woodwyk took first in the 3200-meter run.
Jaxson Tober cruised to victory in the 110m hurdles in 14.96, and first in the 300 hurdles.
Noah VanDreumel won the shot put with a throw of 39-0.
Freshman Ayden Ayers took the top spot in the high jump at 5-6.
In addition, the Lakers swept all 4 relay races.
Darrel Lawrence, Eli Kelly, Ben Vruggink, Luke Glasgow, Nahan Koches, RJ Goloversic, Braden Bessinger, and Elijah Bolema all turned in point-earning performances in the Laker victory.
