Ellis, Lasser lead North Muskegon past Whitehall in soccer action

MUSKEGON –The North Muskegon boys soccer team bagged a victory in their first WMC matchup of the season on Monday.

The Norse cruised by Whitehall, 6-1.

Max Lasser and Dallyn Ellis each netted a pair of scores while Serj Pastor had two assists and scored a goal. Oliver Jarvis also added a goal.

Goalkeeper Chase Zizak stopped five shots for the Norse.

North Muskegon (1-4-2, 1-0) will be at Manistee on Wednesday for more league play.

Whitehall (1-3, 0-1) will travel to Shelby on Wednesday.
