MUSKEGON – Fremont scored the tying goal with 8 minutes remaining and forged a 2-all tie with Oakridge in boys’ soccer on Wednesday.

Fremont came into the game with a five-game winning streak.

The Packers received a late goal by Joey Mansfield that tied the game.

Killian Prewitt also scored for the Packers and both assists came from John Vissia.

Landon Meacher and Arturo Romero each scored a goal for the Eagles.

The Packers’ Caleb Vissia made six saves in the net while Isaac Willard made seven saves for the Eagles.

Fremont (5-0-1) will see more league action on Wednesday when it travels to Orchard View.

Oakridge (3-31) is also set for conference play on Wednesday as it visits Ravenna.
