GRAND RAPIDS — The Mona Shores and Reeths-Puffer cross country teams all finished in the middle of the pack at Wednesday’s OK-Green jamboree.

In the girls race, Zeeland East dominated and won the overall title with 23 points. Zeeland West was second with 49, followed by Reeths-Puffer with 98, Mona Shores at 104, Holland with 105, Grand Rapids Union with 167 and Wyoming with 214.

Zeeland East’s Emma Drnek won the individual title with a time of 19:07.90.

Reeths-Puffer’s top runners included Jersi Bilek, who finished seventh in 20:48.70, Adrienne Fluette, who came in 21st at 22:52.40, Gabrielle Chevez with a 23:03.40 for 24th place, Darcy Keefe in 30th at 23:32.20 and Kaitlyn Durow in 43rd place in 25:09.90.

Mona Shores was led by Ellery Horness, who finished 11th with a time of 21:41.60. Other Sailors finishers included Diamond Madison in 17th place (22:32.20), AJ Schalk in 32nd (23:52.70), Ella Grimm in 33rd (23:54.20) and Lennon Lassanske in 40th (24:55.80).

In the boy’s race, Zeeland West finished atop the standings with 30 points, followed by Zeeland East with 67, Holland with 78, Reeths-Puffer with 112, Mona Shores at 115, GR Union with 148, Wyoming with 192 and Muskegon at 243.

Jaxon Allen from Reeths-Puffer was the area’s top finisher with a second-place finish in 17:07.80. Other Rocket runners included Tate Bradley in eighth place (17:55.10), Dylan Sturr in 42nd (20:14.05), Jack Yonkman 44th (20:20.90) and Gage Bouwman in 68th place (21.55.60).

William Parsekian was Mona Shores top runner. He came in 11th place in 18:06.70. He was followed by Hayden Fox in 33rd (19:33.30), Collin Khatir in 34th (19:34.20), Aidan Kreps in 39th (20:01.70) and Eli Lewis in 40th (20:03.40).

Muskegon’s first runner to finish was Jermarion Brown, who was 85th (23:58.0), Kearmari Johnson in 94th (30:14.70), Elija Langston in 95th (30:45.60), Derean Brown in 96th (30:48.20) and David Cross in 98th place (31:15.60).
