Fruitport blanks North Muskegon in non-league soccer action

NORTH MUSKEGON – The Fruitport boys soccer team overpowered North Muskegon in a non-conference match on Saturday.

The Trojans outshot the Norse 13-1 and won, 3-0.

Brady Brown, Grade Anspach and Isaac Vandermolen each netted a goal while Braylon Marshall had an assist.

Logan Werschem posted the shutout in net with a single save.

Fruitport (10-2-2, 4-2-1) will travel to Covenant Christian on Tuesday.

North Muskegon (4-7-3, 4-1-1) hosts Shelby on Monday for conference action.
