TECUMSEH — Could it be that Whitehall is primed for another strong run in the playoffs? Well, it certainly looks that way after the Vikings blew out Tecumseh 55-0 in their first road game of the season Thursday night.

Whitehall is coming off an undefeated regular season, West Michigan Conference Lakes Division championship and regional final finish last year.

Now 2-0 on the season, Whitehall appears ready to dominate in the conference again.

Camden Thompson was the Vikings’ leading receiver with five catches for 130 yards and two touchdowns, while Trannon Aylor hauled in four receptions for two touchdowns and 123 yards.

Malcolm Earvin and Ryan Goodrich each tacked on 60 yards rushing, with Earvin scoring a touchdown. Hunter Osborne also found the end zone for the Vikings.

Leading tacklers were Parker Mott with five stops, Stratton made four tackles and had a tackle for loss, Osborne had four tackles and one for loss, while Trenton TenBrock recorded seven tackles, had a sack and a tackle for loss. Aylor had five stops and one for loss.

Everett Napier finished with seven tackles, while Jason Smith, La’Varion Dean and Payton Ossenfort each had one tackle for loss. Kadin Waller had a fumble recovery.
