Grand Haven battles to four-set victory over Grandville in OK-Red volleyball

GRANDVILLE – The Grand Haven volleyball team came out on top in a challenging OK Conference-Red match on Tuesday evening.

The Bucs claimed the victory in four sets over Grandville, 26-24, 23-25, 25-10, 25-22.

Mallory Woiteshek had 15 kills, while Izzy Whittaker and Eden Smith added 13 and 11 kills, respectively. Taylor Smaka chipped in 17 digs and five aces.

Sara Weber made 29 assists and Leah Montgomery threw in 13 assists and three aces.

Grand Haven (25-12, 4-2) will travel to face No. 7-ranked Jenison on Thursday.
