SAUGATUCK – The Western Michigan Christian volleyball team cruised its way to a Division 3 district title on Thursday.
The Warriors topped Saugatuck in three straight sets, 25-16, 25-11 and 25-13.
Hannah Heiss led the way with 11 kills and three aces, while Ashley Folkema added eight kills and three aces. Nora Anderson contributed seven aces and four kills. Bri Warners made 28 assists and Abby Leffring had seven kills.
Western Michigan Christian will be at Fennville at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday to face Watervliet in the regional opener.
