MUSKEGON – The Oakridge girls basketball team cruised to a satisfying victory against crosstown rival Orchard View on Friday.

The Eagles jumped out early and didn’t turn back to win, 45-21.

Anna Lundquist posted a double-double of 22 points, 14 rebounds and six blocks. Kaelinn Jozsa threw in six points.

Kadence Day had five points and a rebound for the Cardinals, while J’La Childers made 10 rebounds and four blocks. Elixis Scott had seven rebounds and four blocks. 

Oakridge (1-3, 1-2) will take a trip to Wyoming Potter’s House Christian on Friday.

Orchard View (0-3, 0-2) will be at home on Tuesday against Muskegon Catholic Central.
