Ravenna bowling teams capture a pair of victories in tri-meet

MUSKEGON – The Ravenna boys and girls bowling teams came out on top in a tri-meet on Wednesday.

The girls defeated Mason County Central, 30-0, and topped Holton 24-6.

Taylor Nutt led the way with 186 and 179, while Emma Herremans and Kendra Denhof added games of 197 and 156. 

The boys edged out Holton, 17-13, but breezed by Mason County Central, 28-2.

Caleb Jonas threw games of 182 and 161. Brent Radford finished with a 145 and 183 and Matt Anton had a 186.

Ravenna will be back after the break to host Whitehall on Wednesday, Jan. 3.
