Reeths-Puffer boys drop home game against Hudsonville on Friday night

MUSKEGON – The Reeths-Puffer boys basketball team fell short to visiting Hudsonville, 64-52, on Friday evening.

The scoring was close through the first half with the Rockets down 28-24 at halftime. Hudsonville went on to make a several 3-pointers and force key turnovers to stretch its lead.

Travis Ambrose led Reeths-Puffer with 20 points, eight rebounds and six steals. Jaxson Whitaker followed with 19 points, four rebounds and three assists. Marvin Moore contributed seven points.

Reeths-Puffer (3-1) will face Grand Rapids Covenant Christian on Saturday, Dec. 23 at the Cornerstone University Holiday Showcase.
