FRUITPORT – The Fruitport Calvary Christian girls basketball team closed out the regular season with a tough 42-19 loss to Kent City Algoma Christian on Thursday evening.
The Eagles fell behind 19-9 by halftime.
Liberty LaBrenz led the Eagles with eight points, while Ella Dykman and Cassie Dodd added five and four points, respectively.
Fruitport Calvary Christian (3-14, 1-7) will host Muskegon Catholic Central on Wednesday in the Division 4 district opener.
