Houle scores lone goal in Mona Shores’ soccer victory over Grand Haven

NORTON SHORES – The Mona Shores girls’ soccer team topped Grand Haven, 1-0, in non-conference play on Thursday night.

Lilly Houle scored the lone goal off of an assist from Ella Kinney.

Goalkeeper Jersey VanderWall posted the shutout in net for the Sailors.

Katie Phillips, Mal Hogston, Amelia Coffin and Emma Anderson were lauded for their solid play in the game by Coach Dylan Darga.

Mona Shores (2-0) will travel to West Ottawa on Monday.
