MANISTEE – The Fremont girls soccer team kept their winning streak alive with a 7-0 rout over Manistee in West Michigan Conference play on Wednesday.
The Packers outshot the Chippewas, 16-2.
Mia Clemence led with a hat trick and an assist. Riley Chase chipped in a pair of goals, while Maddie Mater and Ella Shriver each added a goal. Taylor DeKuiper and Grace Evans each chipped in assists.
Hallie Snyder made two saves for the Packers. Piper Eskridge made nine saves for the Chippewas.
Fremont (5-0, 3-0) will be at home for league action with Orchard View on Monday.
Manistee (1-4, 1-2) will visit Reed City on Friday.
