The Shelby baseball team earned a comeback win over Ravenna 10-7 on Tuesday in the opener of a doubleheader that was shortened due to darkness. The nightcap will be completed at a later date.

The Tigers trailed 7-2 after four innings, before scoring three runs in the fifth to cut their deficit to 7-5. Shelby scored five more times in the sixth inning to complete the win.

DayDay Garcia was the starter and pitched 3.1 innings. Chase Simon came on in relief and earned the victory on the mound.

Eli Kelley paced the Tiger offense with three hits.
