Spring Lake takes care of Unity Christian in baseball action

HUDSONVILLE – The Spring Lake baseball team completed their three-game sweep over Unity Christian with a 10-4 win on Wednesday evening.

Will May earned the win from the mound with six strikeouts and allowed three hits and three runs. Zach Schlepp struck out four batters as relief.

Gabe Trask, Jaden Core, May and Alex Batka each had two hits. Mason Roll and Hayden Roll scored two runs apiece.

Spring Lake (3-0, 3-0) is set to travel to Western Michigan Christian on Friday for a doubleheader.
