MUSKEGON – The Oakridge girls soccer team kicked off Division 3 district action with a 4-0 shutout win over rival Orchard View on Wednesday.

Amaya Anderson, Lilly Bowen and Destiny Bowen led the Eagles with a goal and an assist apiece. Brianna Schaallema had a goal and Kyle Lacy added an assist.

Alayna Weiss earned the clean sheet in the Eagle net with two saves. 

Oakridge (8-8-3) hosts top-ranked Hudsonville Unity Christian at 5 p.m. Tuesday in the district semifinal match.

Orchard View wrapped up the season at 4-12-1.
