Aubrey Goorman tallied 22 points and 10 rebounds as the Western Michigan Christian girls basketball squad rolled past North Muskegon 64-35 on Monday in a Class C district quarterfinal game.

Katelyn Wright scored 10 of her 11 points in the first quarter for the Warriors, who jumped out to a 14-0 lead and led 20-4 at the first buzzer. WMC led 37-16 at halftime and 51-20 after three quarters.

Anna Sytsema finished with nine points and nine rebounds for the Warriors while Cassie Kingma put up nine points and four assists.

Mya Duncan paced North Muskegon with 11 points, Abby Grevel scored seven points and Kayla Mulder and Mickayla Greiner both chipped in six points for the Norse.

WMC will host Ravenna at 7 p.m. in Wednesday’s semifinals.
