Spring preview: Muskegon Catholic golfers looking for another solid season on the links

Local Sports Journal
The Muskegon Catholic Central Crusader golf team is looking for big things from its team this season.
And that starts with senior John Daniel, who was all-conference a year ago.
Other returnees from last season include sophomore Noah Bertalone, senior David Walker, senior Eli Vitalic and senior Luke Conroy.
Incoming freshmen include Zach Tilden, Jackson Klairter and Brett Morse.
As with every other team in the area, rain, wind and cold weather have hindered the team to get out for practices and matches, but they are hoping to make the best of it.
“We have been toughing it out in the rain and cold this spring,” Coach Jimmy Hegedus said. “Our expectation this year is that we make it to the regional finals and hope that John (Daniel) will make it to the state finals as an individual.”
