The Shelby girls basketball squad cruised past Holton 47-24 in a Class C district quarterfinal game on Monday.
The Tigers jumped out to an 11-6 lead after the first quarter, led 23-7 at halftime and had a 30-15 advantage after three quarters.
Jenny Beckman led the Tigers with 23 points and five rebounds, while Brooke James and Jaelyn Love each grabbed five rebounds.
The Red Devils were led by Savannah Cressman with 12 points.
The Tigers, who improved to 13-7 on the season, will play district host Mason County Central in the semifinals on Wednesday.
