The Muskegon Catholic girls tennis squad cruised past Fremont 6-2 on Tuesday in a non-league match.

The Crusaders were led in singles matches by Aremy Salazar, Ava Asmus and Macey Gabrielson, who each won their match.

Lauren Boerger won the lone singles match for Fremont.

Doubles winners for Muskegon Catholic were the team of Hazel Rodriguez and Anna Riegler, the team of Brenna Kieft and Andrea Sanford, and the team of Nia Merriweather and Emma Maierhauser.

Avery Webster and Haylee Bazinace won the lone doubles match for the Packers.

The Crusaders now have a 2-0 record overall.

SPRING LAKE 5, COOPERSVILLE 3- Jensen Hussey and Morgan Whitaker won their singles match for the Lakers.

Winning in doubles for Spring Lake were Adeline Sherman and Rachel Oostindie, Erin Burke and Zoe Walters, along with Abbi Perkins and Mahli Braak.

The Lakers are now 2-0 in league play.

MONA SHORES 4, WHITEHALL 4- The Sailors had a strong outing in doubles action while Whitehall had a betting showing in singles play.

Sophie Scheuerle won the lone singles match for Mona Shores.

Leading the Sailors in doubles play were the team of Makyla Lieb and Riley Trygstad, the team of Emily Lieb and Linden Gentzkow, followed by the team of Michaela Sander and Holli Brus.

The Vikings were led in singles by Kenedy Woodring, Lily Groessl and Kalysta Coats, who each won their individual matches.

Whitehall’s Lacey Herbert and Erica Stein won the lone doubles match for the Vikings.
