Mona Shores soccer team shuts out Fruitport to gain its first victory of the season

Keegan DeKuiper posted a shutout in goal, leading the Mona Shores soccer team to a 3-0 victory over Fruitport in O-K Black conference action on Wednesday.

Luis Zambrano started the scoring off for the Sailors with an assist from David McNiff. Ethan Brown and Cameron Deruiter each scored as well for the Sailors, with assists coming from Deruiter and Hayden Yaros, respectively.

The Sailors improved to 1-1 on the season and 1-0 in conference play.
