Weekend tennis roundup: North Muskegon and Mona Shores each win conference titles

The North Muskegon girls tennis team took home the Coastal Conference Tournament championship on Saturday.

North Muskegon finished first with 28 points while Grant and Whitehall tied for second with 22 points while Fremont finished with seven points.

Alicia Hall (No.1 singles), Noa Bowen (No.2 singles) and Fia Lindsay (No.3 singles) took home singles titles for the Norse.

In doubles action, the team of Gabby Gaston and Sarah Muzzy (No.1 doubles) and the team of Ella Tarrant and Anna Toebe (No.3 doubles) took home conference titles for North Muskegon.

MONA SHORES WINS CONFERENCE – The Mona Shores girls tennis team took home the OK-Green Conference championship on Friday.

Winning their flights for the Sailors were the doubles teams of Emily Lieb and Izzy Sobczak (No.1 doubles), Ella Wasserman and Kyann Hellmann (No.3 doubles) and the team of Ella Koch and Jenna Carmean (No.4 doubles).
