The Whitehall volleyball team moved its season record to 24-3-1 at the 16 team Jenison Invitational on Saturday.

The Vikings struck down Durand and Grand Rapids South Christian but split with Coopersville before falling to eventual gold bracket champions Forest Hills Central in the semifinals.

Rayne Thompson led the day for the Vikings making 60 kills, 34 digs, scoring nine aces and making five blocks.

Charley Klint had 33 kills, 29 digs and eight aces, Maggie Evans offered up 140 assists, 30 digs and 18 kills, Sid Shepherd made five blocks and scored five aces and Ryleigh Mott posted 42 digs.

Whitehall is still a perfect 7-0 in the WMC and will be at home against Sparta for non league action on Tuesday.
