HART — Hart’s baseball team hosted North Muskegon in a West Michigan Conference doubleheader at home on Tuesday and lost both games, 28-3 and 15-0.

The Pirates got off to an early lead in the first game on Blake Weinrich’s three-run home run. But the offense didn’t get a chance to do much more.

In the second game Ty Schlukebir, Brandon VanderZanden and Kory Charron had the only hits for the Pirates.

North Muskegon broke the game open with a 10-run in the fourth.
