MUSKEGON–Trever Jones rushed for 125 yards and three touchdowns and led the Oakridge Eagles to a 48-6 victory over Ravenna on Friday night.

The West Michigan Conference game was played at Oakridge.

Jones did his damage on 14 carries.

Quarterback Matt Danicek rushed 13 times for 81 yards and two touchdowns. He completed 10-of-16 passes for 133 yards and two touchdowns.

Both touchdown passes went to Evan Miller, who finished with three catches for 51 yards. Ty Maitland caught three passes for 15 yards and Chris Knapp added two catches for 36 yards.

Ravenna’s offense struggled both in the running game and passing. Three Bulldog passes were intercepted by the Eagles.

Ravenna’s Blake Homoly caught two passes for 65 yards. Drew Mabrito added two receptions for 62 yards and a touchdown.

The Eagles’ defense was anchored by Brody Jennings with 10 tackles, one for loss.  Jones added five tackles, one for loss, and a sack. Lorenzo Garcia had an interception. Jullian Primmer and Riley Bean each tallied a sack. Miller and Stevenson each had an interception and Brayden Peterson recovered a fumble.

The Ravenna defense was led by Hunter Hogan with 12 tackles. Derek Finlay had nine tackles, two tackles for loss, and an interception. Mabrito tallied eight tackles. Taytum Goerbig had a sack and Brayden Fry recovered a fumble.

Oakridge (7-1, 4-1) will travel to Montague for the season finale next Friday.

Ravenna (5-3, 4-1) hosts Hart.
